I purchase acer laptop from your retail.it has problem that its operating system is 64bit insted of 32bit.thats why most of my softwares not working.at the time of purchase no one told me about that.so it is not usable to me.what can I do.

Please tell me, also give me the address of it authorised service center in vashi.
