Hard disk crashed within 2 month no one responible from ace

Hi,

I am Saravanan, I brought Acer 5740 laptop last month... While i was working in that... Its automatically switched off, later its not booting and then i made a call to the acer toll free number they registered the complaint and went to the service center they told to me your hardisk got crashed we can replace the hardisk given back to you... I asked them what abt my data.. they told to me that we are not responsible for that.. Is there any solution for that to get back my data.
