Salary and Dues not paid

Hello Sir,

This complain is against NetGains Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located at Corporate Avenue, Goregoan (E), Mumbai. This company is completely unprofessional and big cheaters. The directors always holds last 2 month salary of the employees who wishes to leave the company. Even to release required document, they force the employee to sign unnecessary letter/agreement so that they (employee) aren't in position to complain about them. They even provide false promises to new joiners and don't give them appointment letter for 3-4 months. I haven't seen any of the employee who left this company have gone on good note. They always need to donate at least 2 month salary over here if they dare to leave.

Forget about the old/previous employee, I can bet if there is any HAPPY staff in their current list of employee.

Please advise if something can be done as my 2 month salary along with documents are pending and they want me to sign unnecessary letters. This guys are actually playing with candidates future and even put their family in crisis.

I strongly advise everyone NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY.
