Kit had nothing to download

Hi this is manu i had taken net pride kit by paying to their bank account they sent one e mail to me to download the kit but when i tried to download the kit there was nothing to download i was fooled by them and even they didnt assisted me after i paid them so i request them to return my money... plz help me in this regard
