No Proper Service and feedback from call cente

I have taken net protector antivirus from one of dealer in Ojhar (Mig).

1. It has taken me around 2-3 days to install net protector antivirus

2. Today 28-01, faced one problem windows xp getting stucked because of updates installed by net protect antivirus.

When I called them, they ask me to download file from computerdelhi.com and ask me reboot pc in safe networking mode and then scan pc. It has taken around 3 hours to scan my whole pc. I was in hurry to move pune for futher work but have to stay back and now doing process until i find antiviurs.

When I spoken to technical team they are not giving proper answer and directly disconnecting calls.

Do we have any rules for such antivirus companies who can't manage to give proper service and not able or capable to restrict viruses?

I have to invest 1 day in all this proper keeping my all important work aside. This is how my business getting affected. There should be some rule by which these companies who are making fool of customers - should ban their product in market.
