Abusing

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today i took volvo 500c bus from HSR BDA complex and asked conductor for KTPO (WhiteField) tickect.

He charged me 40 Rupees and when i asked him that fare should be 35 Rupees he started shouting and abusing me. I was trying to talk with him in Hindi or English but he was shouting in local langauge.

Then i thought how he can charge 40 rupees as he issued ticket from machine and found that he issued for Sathya Sai Hospital. Even i clearly told him for KTPO.

I am expecting action should be taken for that conductor for his misbehaviour and give them training how to talk with people.
