Laptop Packing found open at Blue Dart Bhopal

I ordered one dell laptop online which reaches the blue dart warehouse on Friday 05th June and and calling them instead of delivering at my home address they were asking me to come at there place and collect,

After reaching there I found that the packing was open and on matching the hardware details and serial nos with the invoice inside, it completely differes.

I denied to accept the same.

This is really very shameful on there part and some strict action should be taken
