NIC is not promoting single database/plateorm

It is sad state of affairs that same database is being constructed on different table design/ different plateforms due to which goernment/planning commssion etc can ot fetch realistc consumptions of ra materials, can not een count its manpower / human resource of particulat category by single click of mouse.
