Does anyone know about this company they offer me software project and asking huge upfronts???

HI,

I am sukdeep from west Bengal, does anyone know about Adeesh IT Solutions Pvt Ltd a chennai based software company they are offering me a software project in SAP and they are asking me huge upfront... even our company is new company they are offering me such a big project worth 3cr and they are asking me 30 Lakhs upfront in single payment...

Can any one help me in this please its my life...
