Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behavio

I gave one important CD to my brother at chhatarpur (M.P) to professional courier for delivery on 18th of DEC paying 40/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They said to me that your packet is lost .i have send my parcel to ashish chaurasia 29 new colony chhatarpur (M.P) 471001 .I send this packet form gurgaon haryana 122001 but the till date the parcel is not reached to the destination my docket no is 2200304 this CD was very costly so please tell me what will happen my contact no. 9990474800

would u like to register a complain to consumer court then its OK
