Hello All,

I have purchased a headset worth of Rs 350/- from a shop in Chenoy Trade Centre. I was given 3 months warranty promise from the seller. It was only a word promise and thats the mistake I did. Right from day1, only one side of the headset was functioning.

Due to some reasons, I took it to the shop after 45 days. He started claiming that the promise was only for 15 days and it was too late for me to come back. Because I was promised positively about the quality of the product, I did not bother about the warranty proof at that time.

I had no other option except to return back with the defect product.

I have used the product not even once. Even the shopkeeper is not feeling responsible for answering my concern. I sincerly request you to take an action on this. Either replace this with new product or refund the money by taking back this product.
