Friends don't join in back door. they make us fool. they answer for us only before getting the money from our hand.

after that they treat us like a animal.

if u r doing good and working seriously in your task. you don't get a good name. in olivesoft they talk about cricket more than a project. they r blaming us even if do good. no one can work more than a six month in that company. they create some useless reason to terminate. every one in that company is come from back door.

some of them in that company are

HR; pallavi, senthil both of them come from back door by paying more than a lake

project manager; faking joy, major person in that company are christian. its very bad to say that they are christian.
