Non rund of amount paid against extension of laptop warrenty

I have made payment to Aforeserve Ltd. inorder to extend my compaq laptop warrenty. I have received their confirmation mail stating that they received the an amount of 5000 INR and said that my warrenty will be extended in 2 weeks time.

But, after 1 month, there was no responce from them and i called them. Then also they said that, there is socme technical problems going and will be extended in another 2 weeks. i waited for another 1 more month but in vain. Again i xcalled them, then their team leader, Mr. Sumit Khanna, to with i was dealing, asked me to contact Ms. Vibha. I tried to call many times and finally i got her online in phone. Then she said that, Compaq has withdrew the offer of extension of warrenty and they will try one more time and if fails they will refund my amount. This whole story happened 2 months back and till date i have not received any confirmation or refund.
