Non refund of Money paid for Laptop Warrenty Extension

Respected Sir,

I have paid an amounf of 5000 INR to M/s Aforeserve Ltd. for extending my Compaq Warrenty 4 months back. Up on their receipt of amount, they mailed me saying that my warrety will be extended in 1-2 weeks. But after that, when i contacted them, they told me due to some technical problems t will take some more time. Even after one month, there was no responce from their side. Again up on contacting them, they told me that they are unable to process my request and my amount will be refunded soon. But, i tried to contact them several times to get the refund back. But i havent received the refund yet. What should i do further to get back the money???
