Biggest Fraud Company

This is to inform everyone out here who are looking to hire any php developer or any server from perception system - Ahmedabad (www.perceptionsystem.com)

These people are completely fraud, the main person Mr. Shahid Mansuri (Business Development Director)

He first lured me with false commitments, he quoted us above $25000 usd for our business portal site.

We already paid $15000usd to him, now its almost 4 months and they haven't done any job work just shown us a default bullshit layout.

I really lost my hard earned money on these people. I'm from USA.

Can anyone tell me who to catch these people and where to put complaint.

I want this company to be shut down immediately.
