I would advise not to join Photon. Photon has a very poor work culture. They simply use employees and throw them out in the name of attitude problem. They don't like to be questioned or open for suggestions. There's absolutely no sanity that prevails there.

I would recommend those with Western experience not to work with Photon. It is a sweat shop with sub par work.
