Reliance netconnect 1x
Non-acceptance of Recharge

I had purchase a Reliance Netconnect 1x Modem a few months back. Enjoyed the free period for! month. But due to poor speed I did not recharge the same. Now I recharged for Rs. 30.00 and it worked. While I am going to Recharge for Rs. 399.00 it is showing not a valid no. your request cannot be processed. Whether it cannot be recharged any further? My vendor asked me to contact Reliance Customer Care, for mapping. Will you do the needful and oblige?
