I was promised that i will get my delivery by

I dont know why people write flipkart is best at delivery... i placed my order on 9th dec... n the courier guy called me on 12th dec to deliver it i was not at my place so he asked me my office address so that he can deliver it to my office by 13dec its 14 dec and the status shown on flipkart is that its returning back to store... no1 cnfirmed me that its returning to the warehouse & customer support ppl also gave fake promises that we have raied request and you will get delivery by 14th 7pm.. now i called dem n dey r telling sir please place a fresh order for the same... these guyz wasted my 5 days... HIGHLY DIS-SATISFIED
