Product not yet delivered and giving false commitment on delivery of product

I have booked a notebook called Ubislate in the month of Nov. I received a mail stating I can receive the product in 4 weeks if I prepay the ubislate price. So I did the payment by Chequet number 236792 of amount Rs 2900/- of HDFC bank pune. This cheque got clear in the month of Feb and i was expecting the product in the month of April. But till now 14 Dec I have not received any product nor I received any commitment date. When were i mail to this id supportin@datawind.com i receive a mail that "you will receive the product very soon" I do not know what he mean by saying soon since last one year I am hearing this word soo. Please help me on this.
