Display Problem

I have lodge a complaint on 08.03.2011 towards Samsung LCD monitor to samsung customer care centre (Customer Service Centre name- Express Digital Systems Grant Road) as monitor display problem but as on date the problem is not solved (of Model No.943 & Serial No. MY19HCS900427)

its happen twice, so i request you to replace the Monitor. because of that my all work has held up & your know now a days computer is bone of our work. i have loose my most of the clients because of that only.
