Non delivery of product purchased

01.11.2012 - Placed an order of HP pendrive (16 GB) by direct debit method along with

redeemable coupon issued by IRCTC.

The price of the pen drive was Rs 712 and the redeemable coupon was for

Rs 300 issued by IRCTC. The remaining amount of the pen drive was paid via

internet banking facility.

01.11.2012 - Got a message quoted as "Dear Customer, your Item associated with order

3001599164 has been shipped. Delivery will take 4 days. Team Indiatimes."

18.11.2012 - Got a message quoted as "Dear Customer, your Item associated with order

3001647849 has been shipped. Delivery will take 4 days. Team Indiatimes."

I have ordered the product to gift it to my brother on occassion of Diwali, but

today 22nd of November, still didn't got the product ordered.

I am highly disappointed with the service of delivery.

Expecting some necessary steps to be taken in this regard.
