Non delivery of product

On 01 december I ordered online a. Dell inspiron 1525 6cell battery from Indiaplaza.Com and made the payment through netbanking. The order number is i01121200207.

In their website it was stated that the ordered product would be shipped in 5 days. Since then 1 month have passed but till now they did not deliver the product.

I have sent several email to the customer care dept.but as of yet I did not get any satisfactory response.

There is one person named Srikanth in customer support, India plaza who sent 2-3 messages to me but it was completely false and misleading. They are just making baseless and worthless excuses. Indiaplaza is the biggest online fraudulent store.

There is a general message from the CEO K.Vaitheeswaran in their website that if there is any problem then contact me directly so I sent 3 messages to him but he does not have the slightest manners, courtesy or humanity to respond to even one of my message. They are just duping and looting the people. I like to appeal to the shoppers to avoid and stay away from the biggest cheater and fraud online store .. Indiaplaza
