This particular company called, had Indian technicians who sold a life time guarantee product to protect the computer against corrupt files. Later on they called to follow up and told me there were corrupt files on my computer and requested an additional fee to sort it out. I had already paid them the initial fee, and refused as it was a lifetime guarantee. I have done a search on them. They are a ****. Please let your readers know. I don't want others to get caught out like I was.
