No proof for what money was paid

On 4 July a consultant from what I thought was from Microsoft phoned me and said that they noticed I have problems with my computer and he can help me sort it out. I said go ahead thinking he is from Microsoft. He went through everything on the computer with me at my end and then said I must pay Xamount for so many years and R3000 lifetime. This is suppose to be for an antivrus programme I think. These people speak so fast and with an accent. Well I received an sms from bank stating $1 and I authorised it only to find out that it exceeded R3000 anD had been deducted from my credit card. I was so ignorant. I tried to have the amount reversed immediately by bank but they said they can't. They checked if it was a ***** case, but no. I do not have any form of documentation as proof of payment and what it is for. I have sent them numerous emails but have not had any replies. I phoned Microsoft and they said they would not phone customers and it is a hoax. My computer then was blocked after they worked on it and I had to get a technician out to fix my computer which cost me another R450.00. They had put in a password or something which I didnt have so I couldnt get access to my PC
