On repeated complaints from Oct every time my speed of 1Mbps is decreasing from 1st week of every billing period. Every billing period starts from 5th of every month. From 7th onwards company email starts as 80% data consumed on without used sanctioned quota of 5GB.On every complaint they are not in searching genuine reason. For your kind ref. attached a complaint email copy. They have recorded falsely as 1.5 GB downloaded on 7th Jan at 15 pm.

On repeated complaints my speed decreases and my sanctioned quota of 5GB is corrupting in 08214282118 A/C 15683537 .On 7th Jan I was in my home with weekly holiday from C.E.S.C (K.E.B) in front of system with browsing I has not downloaded a single image or voice file from 11am to 5pm. Without downloading a single file why my data is misusing. Please keep a vigil on this matter or limit my speed. I am not satisfied with this type of HIDDEN SERVICE .Please alert me online while downloading or block my download option.
