Not Giving good Service

My Self PRATIK G.ANGAITKAR... My mobile no is 9766881088... i was cancelled my portability (BSNL) due to as per your suggestion on 1/10... because your customer care said that, " if u canceled ur portability then our company will provide best service to u like, reduce the call Rates i.e.10 paisa/sec for (A-A) and for others 30 paisa/sec". But i cant get your offer till date. If you are not able to give me such kind of offer then why u committed to me?? please give me response as early as possible.
