Not sending free gift they promised

Respected Sir

I purchased an HCL Laptop on 10th january the machine number of which is A101AE332555, while purchasing it was clearly mentioned on the HCL website ad even it was confirmed by the dealer that they will send me a free gift (Reebok jacket) on my postal address I provided to them. But till now they have not sent it, I called them several times, mailed them several times, but there is no positive response from their side, Kindly help me out.
