Not received free TV tuner card

When i bought HP laptop, i was assured to get a free tv tuner card if I give an extra cheque of Rs 500. I had given the cheque and the cheque was cleared subsequently. It has been more than 3 months that my cheque is cleared, but no card has been sent. When i followed the case via phone, i was assured every time that it will come in next 15 days as the product was out of stock.

On my last conversation i was told that the product lot is corrupted hence i have to wait for more time. This has really been a frustrating experience. I was not expecting this kind of behavior from HP redemption cell in Delhi.
