Dear Sir,
We had Purchase and Hp Laser Jet 3055 Printer on 26-04. On 24-11 there was an problem in the printer that the paper was not feeding in to the system. We had an AMC with the dealers they took it back for the service to HP service centre. So far they not yet serviced the printer and even if we call the service centre they are telling that it may take several months to repair it since the production of that machine is stopped. Also HP employee himself is telling Hp printers r too bad and their is no support. Also he is telling HP printers r like 'use and throw'.
