HP Pavilion 1509
Viruses in new PC

I have purchased a HP Pavilion1509 Desk Top PC in June from a distributor of HP in Ghatkopar Mumbai, and very next in July my PC got Infected with some kind of Viruses, now when i tried to contact HP at their Toll-Free Number and i sent messages on given reliance Mobile Number, but still no response, when i made a call at HP's Mumbai office they reply i have to contact at Gurgaon office only, i don't know why i purchased this product if there is nobody to attend my calls.
