Cheating and sub standard training

I have taken up training for CRM techinical at IGROW soft. I hope the below piece of information would help you all not to get fooled like me.

Trainer Mr. Arun aka Sri Ram, is actually good at feeding to the students, some basic concepts of SAP CRM Tech. However, with the level of knowledge he imparts, it is impossible to get a job in the market. Pathetic part is that he devotes more than 15 days for easily understandable stuff (basics) and repeated demos which will be of no use to anyone. once he comes to the end of his set dead line of 40 hrs, he rushes and finishes all important topics in 3 to 4 days. He covered component workbench in 2 days (of which one day the system was not working) and middleware in 2 hrs. He never demonstrated even a single program on CRM BADi implementations, component workbench and middleware (middleware ofcouse is acceptable to an extent). I paid 9000 INR there which i feel is waste of money. The stuff he feeds is worth 3000 - 4000. Added SAP version is not 7.0 EHP1, and most of the things never work in the existing version of igrow's sap system.

My advice to you all is that if you are desperate and don't find anyone better in market, then only join. but bargain a lot quoting all these with UMA (receptionist) thereover. Wish u all a happy learning.
