Motherboard problem

I have assembled desktop computer from Veera Enterprises, shakarpur, Delhi-92 on 11 aug after one month it was not working properly it shutdown itself after 30 minutes. To sort the problem i contact the veera enterprises, thet checked and says your motherboard (INTEL DH61WW) Serial no. BTWW118003HM AA G23116-203 is out of order and you have to repair it from Intel service center. For this i have submitted it to intel service center Digicare nehru place delhi of call id CLG25149100. They returned it next day by post and write CPU socket pin damaged. It is under warranty and nobody is taking the responsibility of problem. Veera says Intel have to replace it and intel says we cant replace it as it is rejected due to physical damaged. Please suggest me where I have to complaint this issue. Its Intel company dispute.
