somehow after few days on right side bottom part was slightly opened, without any physical damage on my part nor any internal damage, for which I went to its support center and person told that he cannot detect problem so he opened it fully and later replied that this laptop does not cover physical warranty support, you need to pay for it, (rs. 7000/- Reparing charges) for which I am not ready as I have not done any mistake, the support center person also told that your case is genuine and he asked company for his help but company refused by saying customer induce damage, neither company nor any lenovo support center is providing actual reason for how damage has occur.

The support center also told that the parts for same are at present not available and it will take time. The person name vijay bhai is owner he refused to provide the mail which he has sent or forwarded to company. Because I verified myself with few other service center that what problem he has told to company and the actual problem is different, he told company that hinges are broken by customer which is not true at all as I know to handle such delicate piece M also myself hardware marketing professional, while opening our laptop for the first time the technical person themselves had harm my laptop and showing to company that it is physical damage done by customer and thereby company closed case...

further parts for same are also not available whereby support center is telling that as it is new fresh product till now company has not come out of its part so my laptop is lying open since then after 5th may, and no support M getting from company and M sick of service

since last one month M trying to resolve my case and support center is not showing proper help nor company customer care support... the dealer also trying to help me but he is also helpless

FURTHER, technical head for west zone also says i will solve issue very quickly but no positive, even refusing to change laptop if spare parts for same are not available, and whole laptop is lying open since last 45days.. and fully dissatisfied with service.
