About issuing of free battery

I brought a lenovo y 510 laptop on the year 2008 june 17 from Abacus, Kadappakkada, Kollam, Kerala, India.

And at the time, when i brought this lap top there was a offer of getting a free battery. But i didnt get that battery yet. mod serial number:7758-44Q ME-19489
