MY I-pod not working

I bought my apple I-pod touch in february. It stopped working unexpectedly in may... I got it replaced in june... This new piece worked well for one month and on 14th july it again stopped working... Then i got a new piece again on 7th august and on 9th august it stopped working again... I am now fed up of this again and again replacements as the service centre is located in Indore at Radington in malwa tower... and it is not very easy for me to send it to Indore from Bhopal so frequently...
