Always creating problem and not workable

Hi,

Problem:

1) I am facing power problem

2) damaged DVD Player not changed after going to service center

3) provided only temporary problem solutions which is only workable only 1-2 days

4) within 4 month i went to service center 5-6 time and found no solutions

5) Service center authority damaged my pc instead of providing any soutions

6) Denied to provide replacement or money back.
