Dear Sir

I write in utter disgust that APTRANSCO is definitely the worst public utility in Andhra Pradesh state. The residents of Himayathnagar were informed that there would be a 2 hour powercut everyday post-diwali, but being the sadistic organization that it is, APTRANSCO unfairly extends that powercut to 4 hours or even more. Countless calls to the complaint cell (040-23433437) have all gone in vain. The residents are helpless and confounded by this unfortunate situation. I earnestly request that these irresponsible and crooked tactics of APTRANSCO are highlighted/looked into and a agreeable and clear solution is presented in this matter.
