I have recently bought a AquaGuard Enhance Water Purifier & I'm already experiencing the worst customer experience. The new kit the technician brought was faulty, he charged 300rs claiming it for a simple stand they are installing the hold the filter & Never turned up to replace the system. After Multiple calls, to the Customer service executives, branch managers etc a guy turned up saying he want to take back the installed system without providing a replacement. After he was sent back, another technician -- After 15-20 calls made to the sales/technicians/managers at Hyderabad came with a replacement system.
Technician who comes for installation can not confirm us the filtered water TDS as he doesn't have the meter. Sales persons only holds thse meters & they are gone once they collected the check until we followed up.
Another cheating stuff I discovered is that the original system installed (RO -- In Blue Logo) is replaced with Green RO & I see that it is for Low TDS filteration. Without checking my bore water & it's TDS level who are you to replace the bought system with a Low efficient system. It's been almost 9 days since the order was booked & I can't yet use the Purifier. What a pathetic service. Shame on you Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Customer service, management teams. The only reason I went ahead to pay 4-5k more over a local made one is hoping to have better service. But It appears I have wasted that money.
