Cylinder not supplied and severe negligence of service

I, Mr. Thomas Mony, Kariyilathadathil House, Kurungazha P.O., Pullad, Kozhencherry- 689548, am a consumer suffering severly due to the extreme negligence and dereliction of duties from the part of ' M/s. Arjun Gas', the Indane distributors of Kozhencherry. We got our home shifted to Pullad Chaluvathukkal on 13.01.2011 and subsequently transferred our original gas connection from 'M/s. Saroj Gas, Indane distributors, Pathanamthitta' to ' M/s. Arjun Gas' on 31.01.2011 and the consumer is AG18381. After that period we never got a cylinder delivered by them. After multiple bookings and requests, I had to go in person to their office to collect one cylinder on 17.03.2011. Later, I had booked for the cylinder on 28.03.2011 at the numbers 0484-2357037/2359992. The booking number I got was 159. We were following up with the Kozhencherry office at the numbers 0468-2210019/2210115/2211000 for the past one month on each thursday and saturday which are the home delivery days for our area. They never give a concrete reply and keep telling that it will be delivered the next saturday or thursday. This is getting repeated till date. On all these occasions, we had kept the empty cylinder outside our roadside home, and the driver keeps denying us our cylinder telling that he was not ordered to provide it for us. And when I call up the office, they are telling to complaint against the driver. Now as a customer, I am completely perplexed about what to do and our household works are getting severly affected due to the unavailability of the utility. I am seriously worried about the reliability of the services provided by the concerned agency. Kindly take necessary measures to check the credibilty of said agency and for us to get our need met without any more rough treatment from the part of said agency.
