Poor service!

I P.C.Nathan costumer of m/sM.S.D.Enterprises dealers of Bharatgas, consumer number 11759 residing at 1044/116/1st floor 20th main 5th block rajajinagar bangalore-560010. I had booked a refill on july 31st 2007 by special service dial 12664 for 24 hrs refill booking and was given number 17 as the booking number. Today i.e. 17/08 I went to m/s M.S.D. Enterprises to inquire about my refill. The staff say that there is no booking at all; but will give delivery tomorrow. I want to register a complaint regarding this.
