Noice Polluton at rental Home

Dear Sir,

We are Tenant at the Below given Address, there is 11 house in our Comlpex, there is only one Motor Pump for Tank Filling, that Motor is Fixed in the House where we are. The Noice of the Motor is too high and the Motor is running minimum 5 to 8 Hours per day. Due to Which we can't able live inside the Flat. We have 10 Days Baby in our Hand that is also Suffering lot. Mind getting Completly Distrub.

The Capacity of the motor is not Sufficient and very old.

We Have given Complaint to House Owner, they not alll taking action, they giving pressure to vocate teh House immedatly. we asked Some time but they Refused and Frightening. Can you Please Help us to Resolve the Issue.
