Muthumani Indane Gas Agency
Late on booking date and delivery date

I am having a Consumer No. 2349with the Muthumani Indane Gas Agency, R-sector, BHEL Township, Trichy-620014. I booked for Gas cylinder on 27.09.2007 .They are demanding to book for gas only after 21 days from delivery date and they take another 10 to 15 days for delivery. Ultimately they take around 25 -30 days per delivery. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively. Someone suggest what to do.
