Delay in Delivery

Dear Sir,

I am having Bharat Gas connection for the last 32 years. Recently I had been facing problem in delivery of gas cylinder from this agent. He has become agent by default. Earlier the office was in Masjid Moth Market and the agent was Jwala Agencies, because of their closure, the connection was transferred here. I am holding the connection No 29489 with them & I had booked one gas cylinder about 12days, till now i have not received new cylinder & I am trying his landline number 26276777 & 262781000, the bell is ringing & no body is picking the phone. I had booked it with service of helpline No 1712.My grievence is what don, t they have any accessable number on which they can be contacted. My second cylinder is also on the verge of finishing, what will i do, if I am without gas.
