Non-Transfer of gas connection

Dear sir/madam

I am Anju Tiwari an Indian Gas consumer since 15 years. Our house had been shifted from Dwarka to Najafgarh So I had applied for transfer my gas connection from Dwarka to Najafgarh of termination voucher no- 31072060001690 of dated 17/07

And I deposited this termination voucher in AVON gas agency Near Suraj Cinema Hall Najafgarh on 18/08 with all necessary documents, But till date AVON gas agency is not providing any service to me regarding gas transfer as well as the staff is misbehaving on this matter.

Thay are saying that the transfer voucher has expired.

So I need IOC Management to help me on this matter ASAP. Please Do the Need ful... Waiting for the Response ..
