Gas Booking and Delivery problem

Dear Sir,

We wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, FCA-1503, Block-C, 22ft Road, S.G.M. Nagar, Faridabad-121001, Haryana and user of Indian gas. In our area Balaji Gas Agency is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution. We are continously trying to booking for Gas cylender on completion of approx.22 days but not being entertained.

Apart from this we got our last delivery in approx.45 days.

booking date: Continuously trying for booking but not being entertained.

but regret to inform that till today (28.01.2010) they are not booking our request.

we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.
