Too much power cuts - during days and even nights

I would like to bring to your notice that HAL area - L.B.Shastri Nagar, there are too much of power cuts going on. Whenever, we complaint - they say the repairing work is going on and will be soon restored.

Why so much of power cuts - We need electricity to work on computers to study and work at home. During daytime it is very regular that we are facing this issue. Now, even in the nights they power goes away for 2-4 hours.

So, our studying time gets over by night and we have to go to sleep without studying during the nights.

Why do we have to suffer because of irregular supply - aren't we paying our electricity bills regularly then why 24X7 12 months in a year we have to face this problem.

Please get this done so that our studies do not suffer at the cost of the decision made by bangalore electricity board. We are not wasting electricity but try to save in places where it is misused / overused by other sectors.
