NOTE: Your's technician named ESHAAN KHAN working at agra branch, has not done service properly any time during the entire contract period. This time when we intimated him about the renewal of contract at agra office they send him for a contract But he says that there is no need of contract from eureka forbes whereas I'll provide u the candles at half the price of orginal. He conveyed to us that i have already stolen these candles from the office of Eureka Forbes only so i can provide you that. I have also recorded what he conveyed to us about the theft of candles. Till now no action has been taken nor the contract is being renewed by them. If no action is taken by you immediately I will convey all this to media. So pleas take this matter seriously as it ruining your goodwill in the market.
