I have applied for new gas connection. Despite 6 visits in last 15 days, the working staff is still not interested in my request. The attitude of clerical staff is totally callous and unprofessional. Their explanation is that some note book is with distributor and that will be available only after 15 days.
These staff are sitting under proud statement of Indian oil that we are fortune 135 company because of our professional committed staff, what a Joke!!!
