Snapped power lines and damaged electric poles

5th block HBR Layout Bangalore 560045. (Service Road -Nagawara Outer ring road junction to forest area).

One of the three phase electric wire was snapped by the JCB of BWSSB while laying water pipes four years back.

Two electric poles were partially damaged by the JCB at the same time.

Instant complaints to AE and AEE of the area were made with no headway. There is the danger of the poles collapsing into my home which is on this service road, a potential hazard to my family
