Refill gas delivery delay

Dear Si/Madam,

I had book for refill cooking gas cylinder on 10 december. I had received cylinder on 14 Jan after a delay of 35 day. Inbetween my secondary cylinder also utilised completely. i asked for new booking they told me that they will book after 21 day of ealier cylinder delivery, is it ok?

now i have booked after 21 day i.e. on 4 feb. still date cylinder not received. What to do?
